A long walk from the small town to a successful corporate professional was a memorable journey for a professional like Harry who has designed and implemented HR transformations in various organizations and created impactful HR team with a clear values and vision for the organization,   Dr. Harry Charles Devasagayam was born in a village to an agriculturist parents. He was born with three brothers and a sister. Harry holds a bachelors degree in Psychology & Philosophy and Masters degree in Social Work (PM & IR) from reputed Indian Universities. He is a fellow of Academy of HRD-IIMA and has also secured his PhD from Calorx Teachers University-Ahmadabad. His humble beginning gave him the required push to move up in his career without sacrificing any of his values.

He is an accomplished Human Resource Practitioner who has served multinational corporations in various capacities which include Global Vice President of Human Resources to Director of Human Resources. He has been part of multinational Software Development Corporations such as Flextronics, LS Soft, HCL Technologies, Tejas networks and Ascend Telecom and also Served as PCH for a Globally Shared Services Company. 

He is credited with providing leadership coaching and counselling to more than 15000 middle and senior professionals. His Management and Leadership Development Programmes (MDP) are highly appreciated across the globe.
